Sarah Potts

Sarah Potts is a dedicated community organizer, former frontline worker and mother. With a degree in Political Science and the Human Dimensions of Climate Change from the University of Victoria, Sarah has committed her career advocating for environmental and social causes. Previously, Sarah worked as a residential support worker for an addiction and rehabilitation centre and is currently the Volunteer Manager for Our Place Society. As a founding member and co-chair of Basic Income Victoria, she led a local campaign that resulted in the City of Victoria becoming the first municipality in British Columbia to endorse a universal guaranteed income for all Canadians.
